1.       Introduction

This website is operated by Paralian Ltd (“Paralian”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using www.paralianlifestyle.com (the “Website”) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms (including the Privacy & Data Protection section below), you may not use the Website or purchase products from us.

 

2.       Use of Our Website

2.1.            You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with its security or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

 

2.2.            You must be of legal age in Mauritius (or your place of residence) to enter into a binding contract.

 

2.3.            You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and to update such information as required.

 

2.4.            We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.

 

3.       Products & Orders

3.1.            Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by e-mail, but acceptance occurs only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation or dispatch the items. If we identify a clear pricing/stock error before acceptance, we may cancel and refund in full.

 

3.2.            All purchases are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund.

 

3.3.            We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed by resellers.

 

3.4.            Risk of loss or damage passes on delivery. Title transfers only upon receipt of full cleared payment.

 

3.5.            If delivery fails due to an incorrect/inaccessible address, we may charge re-delivery or cancel and refund (less shipping) once the parcel is returned.

 

3.6.            Product images and colours are displayed as accurately as possible; variations may occur depending on your device.

 

3.7.            Prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated, and may change without prior notice. Taxes, duties and delivery charges (as applicable) will be shown at checkout.

 

3.8.            We will issue an electronic invoice/receipt (VAT invoice if VAT-registered) showing our name, business address, BRN and VAT Registration Number, invoice date/serial, item description/quantity, taxable value and VAT charged.

 

4.       Promotions & Vouchers

Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, may not be combined, and expire as stated. If applied to items later returned for refund, the discount value is not reinstated.

 

5.       Intellectual Property & User Content

All Website content (including ‘Paralian’ trademarks and imagery) is owned by us or our licensors. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use reviews you submit for display and marketing, provided we do not alter them materially.
