1.1.            We accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending any return.

 

1.2.            Items marked “sale” or “final sale” are non‑refundable unless defective.

 

1.3.            Defective, damaged or incorrect items: we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate once the item is received and inspected.

 

1.4.            Refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable and you are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
